Congratulations!

David Boyd
We’re excited to welcome David Boyd as a new LCPOA Board member. With experience as former President of the Bear Creek Master Homeowners Association and decades of service as a Fire Captain and Paramedic, David brings valuable expertise to our community.
As Chair of the Governing Documents Committee and the Fire Safety Committee (formerly the Heli-Hydrant Committee), he will focus on protecting our homes, preserving our trails, and maintaining the charm of our community. A dedicated volunteer, David is committed to serving with integrity, transparency, and a strong focus on financial stability.

Roy Paulson
We’re pleased to announce that Roy Paulson, LCPOA Board Member and 2025 President, will continue serving our community. With his experience as an international businessman, inventor, and patent holder, Roy brings valuable expertise to guide us forward.
Roy is a strong advocate for preserving our multi-use trail network and equestrian lifestyle, while also prioritizing road safety and maintenance through his work on the road committee. Recently he has proposed adding a Heli-Hydrant on the plateau in an effort to protect our homes and families.
His capable leadership has built an organized board, maintained fiscal strength, and established effective committees. Roy listens, acts with integrity, and always puts our community first.
Remaining Board Members
We also want to congratulate Michael Ghafouri (2025 Director at large) for his re-election to the LCPOA board. The remaining two board members include Tsun-I Wang (2025 Director at large) and Paul Gaarenstroom (2025 Treasurer and Secretary). We are looking forward to what the future holds.
